Our Shipping Policy:

. Shipping costs are determined by weight and will be added after the order. Most items are in stock and will ship within 1 or 2 business days. We use ground as our standard shipping. Returns are subjected to a 25% re-stocking fee and customer will be in charge of return shipping.

We offer expedited shipping options as a service to our customers. Expedited shipping charges will be added to the order. Cutoff time for expediting an order is 12:00 PM (Eastern Time), Monday through Friday.

If Equipment are received and found to be defective or damaged in shipment, Buyer agrees to notify Seller in writing within 5 business days of delivery date and retain all original packaging provided with product. Delivery of the Equipment shall be made to the Buyer’s address specified in the order and the Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Equipment whenever they are tendered for delivery.

About Spa Cover Shipping
We stock most all spa covers, if a spa cover is not in stock, normal fulfillment time is about 2-4 weeks from the time of order. Online orders do not include shipping charge on Covers. Shipping quotes and payments can be made over the phone. We will ship covers to most addresses in Alaska or Hawaii and Canada for an additional fee. Customers please call us to order at 1-203-245-9491.

Local spa cover order, can be pick up or delivered by us please choose you option and we will be in contact to arrange deliver, there will be a small deliver charge, based on distance.

Return Policy

In addition to the manufacturer’s warranty, all Equipment carries a 5 business day satisfaction inspection guarantee from Seller, calculated from the date delivery. If an item needs to be returned, contact us first to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

All orders are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee plus our original shipping cost (deducted from any refund). Buyer shall return all Equipment at Buyers expense, insured and via a carrier that such delivery is trackable.

Parts must be returned in original condition--clean, unused & in original packaging within 30 days of purchase, no returns over 30 days from date of purchase. You are responsible for safe return shipping:

Make sure that your item(s) are adequately packed and insured. Spa covers, Spas, Sensors, Circuit Boards & special order items are not returnable, but are covered by the manufacturer's warranties.
Buyer agrees to waive Buyers right to a credit should Buyer send Equipment back to Seller or manufacturer without an RMA and Buyer further agrees to arrange for shipping back to buyer within 5 business days All qualified returns will incur a 25% re-stock fee, unless the part ordered was incorrect and the intent is to order the correct part.

Terms and Sales Agreement

WARRANTY

Equipment sold on website carry a manufacturer’s limited warranty. Such warranty is provided directly by the manufacturer of the product. The manufacturer of Equipment may at times require Seller to obtain specific information about a warranty claim, but at no time shall Seller directly provide the warranty.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Buyer shall hold Seller harmless against any and all liabilities whether expressed or implied for damages or injuries as a result of Equipment sold. Buyer shall seek remedy solely from manufacturer of equipment which in any event shall be limited to the cost of the Equipment purchased.

Should Buyer claim any damage or injury as a result of Equipment, Buyer authorizes Seller or Sellers Agent to provide access within 24 hours to the property where Equipment is installed to inspect, test and photograph the premises, spa, Equipment and installation.

Except as may be implied by law where the Buyer is dealing as a Consumer, in the event of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by the Seller the remedies of the Buyer shall be limited to damages which shall in no circumstances exceed the Price of the Equipment and the Seller shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage whatsoever.

All electrical and plumbing parts we sell are intended for installation by a licensed electrician or licensed contractor. Any sales or technical advise provided by this site or our staff may not be construed to authorize or suggest anything but professional installation.
